Dr. Owusu specializes in instructional design, technology, strategy, and leadership in practical learning solutions. At the Association of Ghanaian Origin USA, he serves as the president responsible for the end-to-end activities and development of the association.
Dr. Owusu holds a BA in Education from the University of Education-Winneba, an M.Ed from the University of Maryland Global Campus, and a Ph.D. in Instructional Design & Technology from Liberty University.
